Thanks Everyone. I will pass it up through the BMC Arnold has not 
responded as yet but i assume it will be in the affirmative. There's not 
really a lot of choice. With luck Darren can get the plumbers in before 
we get any gas bills.  Also be advised we have Darren's boss coming to 
the building at the moment as Darren has been deemed a close contact of 
a COVID case.  We wish him well.
