Hi Leanne,

Can we be sent the cleaning schedule for the contract? I.e. what they clean each of the six days, to understand the value we are receiving.

Hot Water.

Im waiting on the report for the Quantum heaters from Darren, they seem to last about 6 years in our environment (warranty is  3 years) Im not sure given plant room space and if there is much of an alternative other then going instantaneous gas. It's my understanding that the heat pump units we have are the best environmental and cost solution (not withstanding they seem to need replacing a lot)  - Darren to provide more input - Also a change to gas likely might (Leanne ?) require special resolution as there will be a shift of costs out of the levies for hot water to users gas bills. (BMC how does that work ? need info from SMS)

Cleaning.

Im happy with the existing cleaning. Given they clean the bin room every day which becomes a total basket case usually within 24 hours.  Although they are onsite  6 days. It's not like they clean every level every day so i guess their tasks a spread out.  Im happy with cleaning but also happy to hear others input if they disagree perhaps im missing something.
