Hi All,

  I asked the concierge at another building where I have a property what 
they were doing. They are cleaning the Gym 4 times a day. They have QR 
check in sanitizer which should be used between using equipment. They 
monitor the gym from the concierge desk  by video during it's opening 
hours to insure compliance.  Only people who have shown their vax status 
to the concierge has their pass enabled for the gym.  They also ask 
their  engineer to increase fresh air flow  in the gym so that the air 
is turned over in the room ever 40 minutes.   We do not have the money 
or resources to do most of those things. There is almost no ventilation 
in the gym as it  is.  We could get Darren to police access for vax 
status i guess but that might also translate into more cost.

  I think it's just a lot easier to keep it closed. We can suffer no 
loss in that regard but there is more risk in opening up. So it would be 
my recommendation that we stay closed until the next round of 
restrictions are eased and revisit it then.  We dont need COVID getting 
into the building and spreading there are many examples of entire 
buildings being locked down once NSW health detects transmission between 
apartments within a building.
