[200William-EC SP67851] Building Manager

[Matthew Perkins - Private]

The thanks really go to Arnold. He could have took a position of not 
wanting a building manager for commercial at all and we would have been 
stuck with the entire bill.  It's great to have someone reasonable in 
the commercial strata.
