Hi All,

  With the help of Arnold from the commercial strata we have managed to 
reach an agreement to share the building management costs. As you will 
be aware under the previous arrangement Darren our building manager was 
essentially doing the whole building however the commercial strata was 
paying Andrew Veron's company to also do building  management.   The 
agreement will see the building management contract transferred to the 
BMC which will save us 20% of the costs which will be covered by the 
commercial strata.

It also is more in line with the buildings function where both 
commercial and residential use common services under one building 
management contract.

Currently the residential strata pay $4085.95 P/M for building 
management under the new arrangement our contribution to the BMC for 
building management will be $3483.33

A saving of $7224 P/A for the residential strata.
