Hi,

I that case, I would look to open the facilities subject to the rules and safety plan you set out.

We should also put a sign up saying, 

"Open to persons who are double vaccinated with COVID certificate. 
Please be prepared to show your Certificate if requested".

As far as i know the rules set out for December are not yet agreed upon. 
I dont think we could count on anything being as it is now week to week to be fair.
