Hi Matt,

It will take a week to get the safety plan and QR codes organised. But if we can open it on 1 Dec without the safety plan etc. That would be my preference. 
If a safety plan will still be required after 1 Dec. Then I would support starting that now and opening the gym and sauna up as per the rules you have outlined below.

Hi All,

  I had a cursory reading of the rules and it appears that we can open the gym under the following rules.

Fully Vaccinated

4Sq meter rule (capped at 20)

As in all common property face mask must be warn until December.

The strata must submit a covid safety plan to the NSW Government.

Under NSW law we must take reasonable steps to enforce that which we cant really  do but those laws are yet to be tested.

I have no objections to the gym opening if the above rules are met signposted with QR codes  and  STM to submit a covid safety plan.

As for the sauna i dont see any way that can be COVID safe. Perhaps we could limit it to one household or keep it closed.
