This is outlined in the premium comparison provided within the report. 

Last year the BMC paid $38,540.56, and the Strata scheme paid $2,651.60.

Hi Ed,

 $52,738.09 would be the premium payed by the BMC. I dont have the SMS in front of me to know what the residential strata's contribution to this would be. 

If it's 80% it would be $42190.  But im only guessing it's 80% Leanne would need to confirm.

 The insurance is due in the BMC. Attached are the renewal report from the broker who Recommends the incumbent SCI unless there are any objections I will go with the submission of the broker.
