[200William-EC SP67851] EC post from dobrien at stratatitle.com.au requires approval

The bylaw states a limit on the number of animals that can be keep on a 
lot. Im happy to consider changing the bylaws to 3 cat's if there is a 
consensus. But i would go no higher We dont need 10 cats living in a 1 
bedroom apartment.
