Great news.  I hope the sign goes as well on the top of the building.  We could have it take down (with BMC approval?) during the next painting.

Hi All,

  Hope everyone is keeping well. Just some good news. I have been informed that the new owner of the ex  Avis property intends to decommission the fuel tank. There is aprox 3500 liters in the tank at the moment and that fuel will be removed and the tank will then be filled with a compound that will render it inert and unusable going forward. Time line is 3 - 4 months.
