Dear all,
I'm moving to the US in early April, for a few years, so I need to bow out
of the committee for now.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge of the building with me over the years!
I think I'll be renting my place out so I'll be here still in spirit.
I've tried to sell my apartment but people are shocked by the strata
levies, which are hard to explain.
