There are quite a few owners that let out car spaces also the Commercial strata lets out spaces that are within the same area so that ship has well and truly sailed.

Just wanted to let you know about the enquiry, as unfortunately the by-laws do not restrict this (nor can you put in place a by-law for this either), but it does jeopardise the security of the building, and that will be what I will be advising the Owner who has sent the enquiry.

Going through the strata bylaw, there is no mention of any prohibitions on letting car parking spaces to non-residents
Can you please confirm this?
