I don't have an objection to the 3rd cat.
I enjoy the fact that we finally have pets in the building. If an owner comes into the building, it will be important for this person/s to understand that we have a limit of two cats. I also realize that from time to time, there will be some applications, similar to Mr Chen's for the extra pet. A case-by-case situation.
