[200William-EC SP67851] visitor parking

Hi All,

  I have received some complaints recently from owners about people long 
staying in visitor parking. Specifically  the black Mazda which seems to 
use it as their parking spot.

I would be interested in what the consensus is regarding trying to move 
these people on or turning a blind eye.
