Good morning,

I don't have an objection to the 3rd cat.

I enjoy the fact that we finally have pets in the building.  If an owner
comes into the building, it will be important for this person/s to
understand that we have a limit of two cats.  I also realize that from time
to time, there will be some applications, similar to Mr Chen's for the extra
pet. A case-by-case situation.

Further to the application, we have asked the owner to submit an application
as the current by-laws for this property currently allows for two cat only
and the applicant is requesting approval to keep three cats, thank you.
