Hello Matt,

 

While everyone is "re-nesting" at home because of Covid, I thought I would
follow up and check in with you as to whether or not you have any update on
the exterior of our building. I've noticed a lot of small pieces of concrete
falling from the building. Is there an update from the City re whether or
not we have to do anything with the material used on the exterior of
Marquis?  Thank you.

 

Also, I think it would be a great idea if the members of the Body Corporate
have access to the keys to the common areas, which were previously held by
AVIS. Darren presently has them locked in a key box. In an emergency, it
would be prudent for us to also have access to this key box. During heavy
winds recently, chairs upstairs have gone flying across the level 7 area and
hit the glass doors and no one was able to move them.  Would you and other
members of the Body Corporate kindly provide your agreement and I will ask
Darren to share this code with us.
