Please see below email that our office has received with regards to letting
car spaces to non-residents.

 

Just wanted to let you know about the enquiry, as unfortunately the by-laws
do not restrict this (nor can you put in place a by-law for this either),
but it does jeopardise the security of the building, and that will be what I
will be advising the Owner who has sent the enquiry.

Going through the strata bylaw, there is no mention of any prohibitions on
letting car parking spaces to non-residents

Can you please confirm this?
