Good evening all,
COVID QR codes/ COVID certificates are still such an issue for us to control and for security people to oversee.
I agree with Matt it would be a nightmare for security to maintain. It’s a “No” for me to the eastern area on level 7 being opened this year. No excuses.
All access to anywhere on level 7 must be closed for the evening. If anyone happens to get into that area (because some of the fobs still have access), they must be asked to leave immediately.
Regards,
Craig

Hi All ,
Darren is asking about NYE. Given that a single COVID case at a nightclub in Newcastle gave it to over 60 on the weekend im not in favor. I am fairly COVID paranoid as I have elderly parents so feel free to disagree it's a democracy.
I also think security guards checking peoples vax status will be problematic and likely causes fights and arguments. NSW health are still locking down entire buildings when large numbers of COVID infections are detected in one spot. (Bondi on the weekend) So even if you dont go to the roof a major outbreak will likely cause our entire building to be locked in.
It's a no keep it closed from me. What do you think.
Matt

Hello all,
It's that time of year again and we need to finalise our plans for the NYE rooftop. The western terrace is out of action and current restriction only allow for 1 person per 2sqm. After crunching the numbers I propose we engage 2 x security and 1 x cleaner and open the eastern rooftop at 7:30pm. The cost per ticket this year will need to increase from $30 to $50 and the event numbers should be capped at 50 - 55pax. Please let me know your thoughts so I can start making the arrangements. Thanks
Kind regards,
Darren Vignes
