Hi Matt,

You can actually lift them up and back on to the guide rails. They are
designed to be able to be removed.

See how you go.

Subject: [200William-EC SP67851] 405 balcony doors

Hi all,

Tonight one of our balcony doors came off the tracks. They have been very
difficult to move for the past few months, but tonight completely skipped
the track and jumped out of line. Can you advise the contractor that
oversees this? We are currently unable to close one door.

Matt.
