This seems to be STM's idea of a fee for running a Schedule 2 Meeting.
If that's the way they are going to play it i will type up an agenda
for a Schedule 2 meeting and run it ourselves. There's no legal reason
it needs to come from STM. $450 for two email's is a joke.
