hi everyone,
Paul Doddrige on level 3 who comes to our meetings sometimes, contacted me
a bit distressed because he said Strata title had told him approval for his
bathroom reno would cost him $450, as payment to the strata committee.
I'm not sure of the rules, Leanne is that right?
I said to Paul that my kitchen/floor reno was recently approved at no cost.
Does anyone know the history here?
