[200William-EC SP67851] Bayswater car rental site

All I know is the site which is massive block has been settled to a prominent property developer. I believe also the Building occupied by BAT might also be included in they new parcel but been unable to confirm that one as I’m waiting to hear back from someone. 

If BAT is included it would be a block bigger then Elan and bigger then Horizon. Sydney council height  plan would restrict it however there are many examples where the NSW government has overridden council for this property developer as it will be likely declared in the NSW interest.
