Thanks Matt on this worthwhile issue.

I agree that perhaps extra cleaning could be done to those areas which are commonly touched by residents/tenant eg. lift buttons, common area door handles eg. garbage room etc. external intercom both William St and Dowling St. 
Perhaps a check with the contract cleaner, as these issues might already by part of their duties.

Hi All,

  I have seen a few COVID-19 Policy's being announced from buildings of late. Measure seem to be extra cleaning of common area's like lift buttons exit buttons those sorts of things and closing of optional common areas like roof / gym. Might be good if we have a quick discussion before the panic sets in.  I dont think there is any need to over reach or over react with this.  One building Im involved with is in total panic and has way over reached.  Let's not go down that path but instead a considered measured approach.

There is also a good chance that strata fees will be late or not paid during this event. We need to manage that on cash flow also.
