Thanks Sarah,

  I think that sounds as good as it can be. 2 - 3 will likely become a 
week. But other then putting the owner off for 3 months I think we need 
to be prepared for a bit of pain.

It's a go ahead from me.

Also  I also noticed lately there's a lot of residents parked in visitor 
parking. Full every day with the same cars the builders will unlikely 
find a spot.  They might need to find alternate parking arrangements.
