happy new year everyone!
shame about the awful weather this summer.

on top of Matt's issues, another two might be: replacing all the downlights
in the buildings with energy efficient bulbs (what about sensors - could
that save us even more money on power). Sarkis do we have enough to do this
from existing funds?

And furniture for the deck.

I like the look and smell of the new carpet, by the way.
