Good Morning committee,
I would like to schedule your annual general meeting to be held prior to our office closure this year.
As such, can you please confirm ASAP that a teleconference AGM for Tuesday 22nd December at 6:00pm would be suitable.
We can also provide an option for Owners to pre-vote rather than have everyone need to attend the teleconference.
Can you please let me know ASAP as the agenda will need to be issued today. Apologies for the delay as I was reviewing the records to try to ratify the major renovation situation, and will include 6 by-laws for major renovations for the 6 units that I have been able to identify since 2018.
I am finalising the agenda now, and will send it through as soon as completed, but wanted to get your confirmation on the date/time and method ASAP.
