There is a majority vote as follows:

 

1.      Replace elevator carpets in a non  slip tile (black marble)

2.      Replace carpet in foyer specified by Adam and supported by Katherine

3.      Replace carpets to foyer floors as agreed

 

Please initiate these issues.

As discussed at the AGM, both lift cabins carpets are in poor condition. We provide the following options for replacement:

Note - The additional weight of tiles will require both lifts to be rebalanced. Quotation received from Liftronic for $3,460.80 + GST.
