Morning All,

We did not propose the Austral range for the level E lobby as they are a carpet tile and the profile is much lower than carpet. This would leave a lip between the existing floor tiles and carpet tiles causing a potential trip hazard. We could look at what options are available to fill this section high enough to make the carpet tiles flush with the existing tiles but this would incur additional cost. Thanks

Thanks Darren,
I think it's desirable the carpet chosen for level E be the same as our choice for the common areas.
As  mentioned earlier I think something a bit "funky" would be in keeping with the location and character of the buillding.
Therefore I like Option 3 here, Kingsgate Town, which has a bit of colour in it.
The other two seem a bit bland.
Darren, is the Austral range not available for Level E?
