I agree option 1 (Red CT 181049) it would pick up with the purple padded walling.

Without seeing pictures of a tiling option it's hard to judge. 

I'm not opposed to the extra $7k if they looked fantastic. BUT tiles could be slippery (women in high heels etc), noisy, and of course things are more likely to break if they are dropped on tiles.

 

Therefore I'm inclined to option 1 or 2b. 

Brook I see these are a bit more expensive but they look higher quality and the dash of colour/s in both would add some style to the building. What do the others think?
