Hi All,
Thank you Darren for your attention to this matter. I’ve quite liked the purple and soft grey scheme in the common areas and lift but yes it’s definitely time for a change.
My choice of the three carpet options is Kingsgate Town. As for the lift,  I am also concerned about tiles being slippery - in wet weather, from spillages - and possibly noisy. Happy to go along with  dark tiles though if most agree.
