Ok I just got off the phone with our Lift Mechanic he said as long as 
they are not putting a marble slab in there just normal domestic tiles. 
It's no issue and does not need "re-balancing"

Let's do tiles and dont worry about the balancing it's not required and 
was not done here at 350 when we tiled.
