Hi All,

Please see attached documentation in relation to mediation.

I would like to confirm based on previous instructions the following:

 1. That owners corporation would like our office to represent them at
    Mediation.
 2. That the owners corporation is pursuing other alternatives to
    rectify the issue stated by the applicant.
 3. Once further investigations have completed and options for
    rectification provided the owners corporation will vote on a method
    of rectification.

Could you confirm the above and add any other instructions you wish to 
have discussed?
