I can confirm that Darren and I have been in constant contact with Mr Laforest in relation to this matter. Attached are some of the emails going back and forth.

He continues to disagree, however we will continue to properly inform him of the situation so this matter comes to an end from his side.

Could you please advise the response, if any, from Mr LaForest concerning that report and his future intentions concerning this NCAT matter.

I am concerned that this matter is not finalised and as you are aware an agreement and timetable for action was agreed to at mediation.
