Good Morning All,

Attached is the lighting upgrade proposal we had prepared back in Oct 2018. At the time I was upgrading the lighting at two of my other sites and following extensive research identified the most competitive contractor for these works. The proposal addresses all the building's lighting excluding the commercial tenancies. Please note, STM would need to confirm which of the lighting items are BMC responsibility to maintain. 

The pricing of the proposal would need to be updated as the proposal takes advantage of energy saving certificates (ESC) which fluctuate in value.

    We have had a quote for the foyers before I’m sure Darren can dig it up. The lift lights are emergency lighting (the have a battery in case of lift issues etc and can only be changed out by the lift guys. Last time we looked it was a few thousand for the lifts
