Good afternoon Sarkis

 

You advised in your email of 24 October that you would inform Mr LaForest of
the findings of the flood testing of the western rooftop terrace (above his
unit) and specifically that the test failed to recreate water leakage into
his unit.

 

Could you please advise the response, if any, from Mr LaForest concerning
that report and his future intentions concerning this NCAT matter.

 

I am concerned that this matter is not finalised and as you are aware an
agreement and timetable for action was agreed to at mediation.
