Hello again Patrick,

 

Is he also working on getting RESCOM to come back out to assess the continuing water penetration into space 10 of my parking?  I keep asking and am concerned because we may still be under the warranty period – however, I’m not getting any responses.

Hello Patrick,

 

Would you please address also my email below (Mar20).  The tiles on level 7 west were approved by three of the committee (including myself) using one of the contractor quotes (option 3). When will these repairs start also?

 

Finally, my email from yesterday also addressed the cleaning of windows on the west side.  These are to be cleaned in addition to the east, I’m assuming?  Kindly confirm.

Patrick and EC members,

 

I’m happy to proceed only if a) we first of all (before any window cleaning) completely take up the tiles on level 7 western area and restore this area.  This was approved in February by myself, Adam and Brook.

 

Why is there a continued delay on this? I have sent numerous emails and left Patrick 2 phone messages.

 

b) if the western windows are also cleaned.  This was agreed to when I made an earlier enquiry in January.
