I’m happy to proceed only if a) we first of all (before any window cleaning) completely take up the tiles on level 7 western area and restore this area. This was approved in February by myself, Adam and Brook.
Why is there a continued delay on this? I have sent numerous emails and left Patrick 2 phone messages.
b) if the western windows are also cleaned. This was agreed to when I made an earlier enquiry in January.

So far I have only had a response of approval form Ken.
If the recommended, Up Down Access can be approved they can carry out these repairs when the window cleaning is completed in the coming weeks.
