Darren,

Would you please contact me and let me know where we are with BIRS contractors and their quote.

I sent an email to you on Friday (July 5) asking you to please follow up with them asap.  I have water still dripping into my hallway and I need to have this problem fixed as soon as possible.

I have mediation about this matter, supported by the Tribunal, soon to start because I have water leaks into and around my home.  The works have not been completed as ordered twice by the Tribunal.  Despite all my requests, the Executive Committee have not had you follow through on the orders of the Tribunal in a timely manner and unfortunately the owners of the other apartments may incur a heavy charge as a result of the Owners Corp’s ineptitude.  This will be the third time that I’ve had to go to mediation and any Tribunal will not look on this favourably.
