Yes. I would be in favor of changing the carpet the second we get some 
funds to do it.  It's looking very tired and dated. It's not a lot of 
area either so likely not that expensive in the scheme of things.  
Carpet tiles (squares) work well in those areas as you can replace a 
damaged tile easily.  We just need to leave a couple of spare boxes in 
storage.
