[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Paint Stains in & Options for Change of Lift Flooring

Hello Adam,
I believe we should step away from the foyer colour which is really dated, and doesn’t even work with the purple material walls.

The woods that we have in the elevator would work better with a colour which is not similar (to the beige in the lobby). A dark colour in grey tones would look better with the colour of the woods. Happy to be part of the selection committee!

Agree, Craig.
I'm easy going with colour/style, as long as everything is consistent throughout the building, and ideally the lift floors should match the foyers etc.

There wasn’t an attached quote to your email Patrick,

It is important that the right type and size/colour tile is chosen for the elevators. I’m happy to help choose the colour/type etc as it must be a careful decision. Who else would like to do so with me? Patrick, if you would let us know if there is a high budget for these or what was decided on an amount, thanks. Such variation in prices and again, we must have an attractive tile which works for everyone.

Dear Committee,

Darren provided the attached quote but I thought it best to also obtain a quote for carpet tiles as an option.

Darren, can you advise if you have been able to obtain a quote for carpet tiles as of yet?

Kind regards,

I would be happy with a tile as well. We had our office lifts changed from carpet to a dark marble looking tile and have never looked back.

Matt.

A good quality attractive tile would work well. It won’t cost much for two elevators.

A grey colour to match the external colour of the building is my recommendation. The beige colour of the E lobby is so outdated. At one point 5 years ago we were going to have them replaced for that reason.

I couldn't agree more with Ken.
The foyers in each floor are pretty gross, and surely devalue our property.
If we could afford it tiles would look much better (including in the lifts - carpet silly?), and maybe a splash of paint.
My door for instance is covered in dirt.

Hi Matt, Darren

Maybe its time to remove the carpets and replace with either lino or bamboo flooring.
