[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Update on Tiling for Unit 601 to Prevent Further Water Ingress

Bad news. Darren has found the Building Insurance / Warranty documents 
and it appears to be have expired. The repair was done in 2009 so would 
have needed to be claimed before 2016. Interesting the original work 
cost $77,000 so was not trivial work. Let's hope it does not cost that 
much this time.

Thanks for digging this out Darren. I guess we need to carry on with the 
repair now.
