Dear Committee,

 

Attached is a renovations request from Unit 207's Owner for flooring changes
and bathroom renovations which is classified as both Minor & Major
Renovations.

 

The attached documentation meets all the requirements of the Owners
Corporations previously resolved Renovations By Laws. 


Can you please review and confirm if you approve the attached renovations
request from Unit 207's Owner? 

 

If approved, a motion will be placed on the next AGM Agenda to ensure a By
Law is resolved for the Major Renovations. I will also obtain a copy of the
water proofing certificate once the renovations are completed.
