[200William-EC SP67851] Automatic Defibrillator for the building

I think they are sticking up because the membrane is bulging up.  Darren 
can you refresh our memory. Was there a quote just to repair the tiles 
and if so how much was it. I thought it was a job lot because of 
building insurance etc etc.
