This is a laudable thought Matt.
I'm not opposed, although just aware of what other things we have to fork
out for over summer.
Should the tiles be patched up on the western side? They stick up a lot and
someone could trip/slip.
what do others think?

BTW, on a separate matter, I think we need to consider some sort of review
of the BMC costs. They seem extraordinarily high.
$60k on elect, $15k on water, $15k on fire services when 22 Macleay St, a 6
story building, pays $1k.
I'm off to London this Friday to  cover the UK election - exciting! - but i
want to go through every line when i get back and work out if we can get
cheaper providers.

At the current level of quarterly srtata, i worry our flats our near
unsellable.
