[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 for DP 1040255 - Water Pooling in Unit 601's Car Space - BMC Issue

Hi Patrick,
  What do we do if Andrew votes down the change. Could the Residential 
strata take the Commercial one to NCAT.   I cant see why he would as he 
will only be paying 20% of the repair technically.
