See below my breakdown based on the previously issued levy notice and the proposed new levies for Lot 21 (Unit 302) only -Lot 21 (Unit 302)

Current Total Levies - $2,158.20
Proposed Total Levies - $1,858.45
Difference in Levies - $299.75
Difference as a % - 13.88% less

Hi Patrick,
 My levies are currently $2158.20 and looking at the proposed budget page 59 they will go to $2583 that's not a 13.89% reduction it's a 17% jump.
What am i missing. It's also dated Feb 2019 that's before we had the BMC meeting. Am i looking at the wrong thing ?

I was required to make some amendments to the proposed budget for the current financial year as I had to ensure all costs associated with Level 7's podium and planter box rectification were covered.

Some of the expenses were in last financial year and some in this financial year.

The proposed budgeted still represents a 13.89% decrease and is only a proposed budget that if the Owners at the meeting agree, can be further reduced.

This possible reduction can be discussed on the night of the evening and I can explain further why the proposed budget is as it is put forward.

Patrick,
 Why is the budget so different to what was agreed with the EC 24/8 when you sent the previous draft.  It looks like levies are going up not down.
Is this correct and can you explain ?
