[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Air BnB Party House Issues & noise Complaints

Hi all update regarding the party house. 

Council have inspected the venue and it’s the inspectors opinion that it is indeed setup as a party venue.  He said it’s a single lease
Holder  but on inspection the premises is occupied by two dj’s that were not the lead holder,  they gave  the inspector a bit of attitude to boot.

Council are now in evidence gathering phase. The owner of the property has also been informed. Sounds like council are doing the right thing on this one. So with luck I won’t have to spend next weekend in a hotel
