Yes. We were lucky with this one. Some calls to the council and The 
Licensing Police got it shut down very early around 10~ As they were 
charging $10 on the door.

The other week  it was just a private party so there was not much we 
could do.  I dont think it's really a strata matter but might be helpful 
if the strata were to write to council to complain that this place has 
become a party house (Pseudo night club)  and has an open air terrace 
that was built without DA and no noise deflection what so ever.  It's 
like a open air night club that is across a very narrow lane right next 
to peoples bedrooms.

Im not a wowser and dont really mind what people do inside but they are 
always on that open air roof top and with no noise protection thumping 
music is not compatible with a 6 year old child that goes to bed at 7pm 
.  Im sure others on that side of the building would be in the same 
boat.  Sat night was so loud before it closed down that I could not have 
a normal volume conversation with my wife on the balcony.

They were also flying drones over our property especially close in on 
601 and 602 This is totally illegal as you can not fly a drone over 
private property without permission and can not fly a drone within 30m 
of a person not involved with the flight. At one stage it flow off and 
did a lap of our building. This is also illegal as the drone must stay 
in sight of the operator at all times for that type of drone.

I think this is just the start come summer it's going to get a lot 
worse. As i said not really a strata matter but perhaps the strata could 
write to council to ask they review Party Houses like that.

I have attached a photo of them setting up in the early afternoon so 
people can understand where it is.
