[200William-EC SP67851] EC matters

To the EC,

1.  Soil situation - we have to keep the works going to remain on schedule
for Preservation Technologies so I agree to the cost.

2.  In Ken West's email of 7/3/18, he mentions 'pots are filled.' Please
clarify which pots.  Are they considered permanent to put inside the
planter boxes? I haven't seen or been asked to approve the latter if that
is the case.

3. I did respond to Matt's email re the child locks.

4. Patrick, I will continue to use the EC main email address to question or
comment on anything.  And we have to be transparent to all members I
believe because many of the matters we have at Marquis surround inaction by
certain members.
