No, the approval to install the window locks is required by the deadline, so can’t wait to the AGM.

Resolving to pass the responsibility to the Owners can what to the AGM.

No problem. It seems then the cheapest is my response in this case anyway.  Can it wait to the AGM .  I thought there was a deadline. ?

Please respond before close of business Friday 9th March 2018 as the deadline for installation is next week and a date for installation needs to be organise urgently.

Apologies, I missed that question.

I can confirm that there is a provision to pass the responsibility of the window locks to owners and they would then be responsible for replacing if they go missing. I can include this to be consider and resolved at the next AGM Meeting if you would like.

There is no provision at this stage to have the locks reinspected.
